Prior to submitting a TV support request please complete the following troubleshooting:

Have you tried re-tuned/re-scanned the TV channels?

Are all the TVs in the house having the same problem?

Have you tested the TV in all available TV ports in the house?

Have you unplugged the TV cable, cleaned it and plugged it back in and tested?
